Commercial Building - Water Heater Burst

We were called out after hours on a weekend to assist a commercial client.  A break room that had a water heater installed in the ceiling burst and flooded two suites and a hallway. The photo on the left shows that debris that had fallen that was on the walls and ceiling tiles that had fallen due to the amount of water that was coming from above.  The photo on the right shows the debris cleaned up and equipment set up to dry the carpet in place.  The customer was happy with our response time and our ability to dry a large amount of the walls in place.  We made it "Like it never even happened."
